They are used on a daily basis in bakery industry for easier leafy meat pies and pastry meeting health safety standards or for their temporary storage. They are produced of aluminum and stainless steel in standard dimensions for transportation 4 – 10 pans or tins.
Due to a good constructive solution, stability, handholds and safety bolts they enable a simple manipulation and pan with leafy meat pie transportation, or pastry tins.
